In 21 century,Talent is one if the most important factors of competition.After 30 years reform and opening,Private enterprise is going strong continually,and already became very important part of economics in China,connected with global economics. The difference is not technology,capital,scale and industrial experience,but internal management,especial performance management.With global economics globalize continually,The private of China need to exercise the theory of performance management,and combine the mature management experience and the quickly developed private enterprise of China.The performance management is the tool to ensure the strategy was implemented well.The investigation and study showed us,although many private enterprise of China implement performance management,but most of them didn't know the real target of implement performance management clearly.There is much problem for private enterprise performance management in theory,system,and implementation and so on. Because the limited of private enterprise-self,there is much nearsightedness,surface issue when private implement performance management.This article is starting from theory,focus on practice,refer to literature analysis,and so on.Aim to the theory, method,implementation,result,difficult point,typical mislead area,etc.Focus on discussing the most critical problem,and give out solutions for these problem.
