| Smart power utilized district is a comprehensive project which is a realization of the research achievement of smart power utilization in the construction process of smart grid. Smart power utilized district is currently in the experimental construction and commercial discovery stage. "State grid smart planning report" shows that, up to 2020, the popularized construction of smart power utilized district will be realized. This paper is focused on the prospective research of the application and popularization of smart power utilized district. This paper introduced the character of smart power utilized distric and the related technical analysis. As proposed in this paper, the customer value evalution system of smart power utilized distric, as a standard to scale and compare its customer value, can be used to choose and manage the customer of the smart power utilized distric. Moreover, aiming at the popularization of the smart power utilized distric and based on the situation that the ownership and the management right of the distric's microgrid belong to different parties, this paper proposed three possible management methodes of the smart power utilized distric:customer ownership, electric power onwership and the third party ownership. This paper also briefly introduced the benefit and cost of these three methodes. Due to the different types of customers of smart power utilized distric, four commercial popularization models are proposed:public, secure, flexible and rural smart power utilized distric. At the end of the paper, the commercial popularization plan of the smart power utilized distric is illustrated. In the popularization model of the flexible smart power utilized distric, the terminal of the smart power utilization of the smart power utilized distric is designed based on the MCGSE. In the popularization process of the smart power utilized distric, this paper can help the electric power company accurately aim at the market, design commercial popularization, manage the customers relationship, and establish solid basic for the popularization and application of the smart power utilized distric. |
