Profit Assessment And Operation Mode Of Yiyuan Smart Power Utilized District Project

Smart power utilized district is a comprehensive project which is also a realization of the research achievement of smart power utilization in the construction process of smart grid. Engineering construction of smart power utilized district was commenced from2009in China. In the past years, in-depth study on the key technologies of smart power utilization has been taken, including: electric information collection, smart electricity instrument, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and electro-fiber to home etc.. Moreover, smart power utilized district demonstration projects have been implemented in key provinces such as Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing and Guangdong etc..This paper focuses mainly on Yiyuan smart power utilized district which is an engineering construction demonstration project. A full scale analysis and research is carried out using smart power utilization technologies, including communication technology, interactive devices and technology, service for software. Power consumption information collection, three-network integration, distributed photovoltaic generation and smart home is introduced. Index system of smart power utilized district comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation is proposed and three aspects include:distribution intelligent, power intelligent and residential customer. AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are employed to give a comprehensive analysis and assessment for the smart power utilized district project. Based on the assessment, energy consumption can be measured, power and electricity can be saved. Meanwhile, decision proof can also be provided for demand side response and energy conservation. The result of the analysis and assessment can make an operation mode for the district. Furthermore, a good promotion and application foundation for engineering construction of smart power utilized district is set up.
