With the progress and development of the society, electricity has become the major secondary energy in modern society. Electricity costs lots of non-renewable energy while supporting social production and life. Now the traditional fossil energy is drying up and environment is worsening. Under this serious situation, how to minimize energy consumption, reduce pollution to the environment, finally realize the optimization operation is essential.Electric power dispatching refers to the production headquarter about power generation program distribution, the power distribution management, the power grid operation and the power grid management,as well as the bidding platform of various power generation enterprises. At present the electricity price competition is fierce, how to achieve energy-efficient and environmental dispatching in electric power dispatching is becoming common focus of the electrical engineering field and the economic management field.The core of the smart grid is an efficient mode of dispatching, this dispatching is dependent on the multi-objective optimal decision model. At present, although the research on the model and algorithm of electric power dispatching optimization has a lot of achievements, but these studies are considering how to work hard to achieve dispatching more low-cost generating units of the grid on the premise of ensuring reliable power supply. The smart grid and new energy development will inevitably change the current pattern of power, the traditional electric power dispatching model will no longer adapt to the smart grid operation. In this paper, the low carbon environmental protection index, the cost of power generation and energy consumption level are the main factor of electric power dispatching in the research and exploration. On the premise of meet the constraint conditions, the optimization model of multi-objective electric power dispatching based on the satisfaction degree of environmental protection is established. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility of this model, we demonstrate the advantages and feasibility of the scheduling model through the analysis of bidding platform.The multi-objective power dispatch model of low-carbon and environmental protection in this paper will combine the ideas of power scheduling and smart grid characteristics and energy conservation. This dispatch model is built with the low-carbon as starting point. In the effort to meet on the basis of low-carbon environment, so those power generators with high power generation efficiency, low carbon, environmental protection security and stability have priority access to win more orders, in order to achieve power and environmental sustainability.
