Research On Information Construction Oriented To Smart Grid Vision

The paper cuts from the support of smart grid construction, and studies the objectives of enterprises' grid construction information, content and method. The article analyzes the common characteristics of foreign development smart grid comprehensively and the content of strong smart grid, revealing information is the core value of smart grid. The paper dissects the root cause of the "smart" of grid, based on analysis of the information flow and value chain angles, proposing the concept of smart grid information platform model. The article believes that the analysis of information needs is the key to identify the objectives of information technology, based on the summary of methodology of application requirements to analyze the information status, referring to the relevant standard data of State Grid Corporation and proposing the direction to improve the information technology. Based on the construction status and technology application development of smart grid, trending of information technology content to be the focus, with specific cases, the article presents an analysis process of information business needs based on ability blueprint which provides a method to help the grid companies to promote the smart grid construction in the strong smart grid framework. Enterprise Architecture is a new model, it contains the business structure that is the channel to help enterprises' business strategy change into the daily operation, IT architecture is a comprehensive blueprint to construct the enterprise information systems, SOA thinks "service" as the basic element to form enterprise IT Structure. The face of smart grid business integration and the needs of process perforation, the enterprises take which method to solve problem of information distribution channels, the paper proposes the solution based on SOA to build enterprise service bus (ESB).Finally, the paper tries to apply the theory of maturity model to discuss the support capacity that the information of grid enterprise to the construction of smart grid, proposes five support levels of smart grid information model to guide improvements to enhance enterprise information.
