Research On Core Competence Of S Smart Grid Communication Equipment Company

At present,the smart grid in China has entered the stage of comprehensive construction.Communication equipment and platform is an important supporting system of the smart grid project.In order to achieve the good idea,namely “a strong smart grid”,the communication systems have faced many challenges.Therefore,to occupy a favorable position in the increasingly fierce market,it is necessary to make a correct evaluation on the core competitiveness of the smart grid communication enterprise,on this basis,the countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness are proposed.In this paper,on the basis of the related literature at home and abroad,the theory of core competitiveness has been deeply learned.The paper has expounded the characteristics,components and evaluation methods of the core competitiveness,which lay a theoretical foundation for the later analysis of evaluation and promotion of core competitiveness in S smart grid communication enterprise.Then,the development status of smart grid communication industry has been described.The main factors that affect the core competitiveness have been pointed out,including the scale of enterprise,financial management ability,product performance,organization and management ability,R&D capability and development ability.On this basis,the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of smart grid communication enterprises is established.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to make the evaluation model.In this paper,S smart grid communication equipment company is taken as an example.SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,as well as opportunities and threats of the development of S company.Finally,according to the established model,the rating of core competitiveness of S smart grid communication equipment company is excellent.In addition,the paper has put forward the countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness from four aspects: the modern enterprise management system,risk ability and quick response ability,technical innovation ability and the information resource integration ability.
