Research On The Mode Of Substation Equipment Maintenance Management Of Beijing Electric Power Company

With the development of China's electric industry, power companies' competition have been increased year be year. The power company must improve their quality service to include giving safe and reliable power supply to attract users in order to get more ration in the energy market.Based on the Beijing Power Company equipment maintenance management situation analysis, this paper summarizes the history of Beijing Power Company equipment operation and analyzes the actual equipment condition, and then the main existing equipment management problems are given. The conclusion which Beijing Power Company needs to make a status equipment maintenance is presented. This pattern can overcome the existing power companies in Beijing most of the problems, reduce maintenance management costs and the workload of maintenance personnel.
