At present,with the further deepening of electricity reform and marketization,enterprise information construction has become the main way to tap the potential of enterprises and enhance the individual competitiveness of power enterprises.Information technology in the production and operation of the electric power enterprise plays a important role,especially with the separation of plant and network,electric power market construction,electric power enterprise has established a large and complex dispatching data network and integrated information network,computer network information system become enterprise increasingly important technology support system.It is the equipment asset intensive enterprises of the electric power enterprise.The large number of its own production and service equipment are bases for its survival and development.One of the core management work in the field is to ensure the normal operation of equipment,get good technical maintenance,prolong the service life of the equipment,reduce the maintenance charges,improve quality of service.It is to ensure the development of the enterprises business activities.Thus,the equipment maintenance and daily management activities has undoubtedly become a priority among priorities of its management.Equipment maintenance refers to equipment for extensive repairs,so that equipment is fully recovery precision and rated output and the need of all the components of the equipment for cleaning and checking,replacement or reinforcement are the main components,mechanical adjustment and operation system,fully serviced safety device and necessary accessories,according to the performance of equipment factory acceptance.Equipment maintenance is the electric power enterprise production management an important part,through the repair,and can objectively understand the condition of each equipment,equipment safety hidden trouble and exclusion,to carry out technical transformation of equipment,so as to ensure the production smoothly.And technological transformation is to refer to the new achievements of science and technology applied to the existing equipment of the enterprise,to change its backward technology.For example,the transformation of the old machine tools,CNC machine tools,or in the old machine tool for the addition of sophisticated testing equipment,etc..Technological transformation can improve product quality and production efficiency,reduce consumption and improve economic efficiency.With this background,with the increasing of equipment utilization rate,available capacity and economic operation requirements,it proposes the computer network technology,to improve the level of the company's equipment maintenance,to construct and implement of equipment maintenance management system.Firstly,to collect the data and review the knowledge which is involved in the design and development,such as the status of power enterprise's informatization construction,software requirement engineering,unified modeling language,database and ASP.NET Through a variety of ways,to collect and collate the requirement of equipment maintenance management system,and carry out the UML modeling and demand analysis.On this basis,according to the method and process of software engineering,it analysis the system structure,network topology structure,function module,process,database and other aspects of the equipment maintenance management system.Finally,it implements the maintenance management system based on C#language and SQL Server database,and it shows the main user interface of the system.At present,the system has been officially put into use.Through the implementation of operation of the system,it can make the work standardization,optimize and improve the management level.It plays to the efficiency and utilization of equipment,increase the service life of the equipment,reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment,reduce the number of emergency repair equipment,and improve the production efficiency and quality of service.
