Application Research On Maintenance Management In Corporation

Equipment Maintenance management is always neglected in manufactory, in fact equipment maintenance management is one of the main sources in production and very important same as Human Resource and material management. The cost of equipment operating and maintenance is the main cost of biscuit production. The equipment maintenance aims to avoid over-maintenance or under-maintenance, to reduce the expense of equipment maintenance, and to ensure equipment operating without breakdown. It will be benefit our plant that investigation and probing the equipment maintenance management mode which suits the characteristics of our plantGenerally, the equipment maintenance management includes four parts. There are organization, resource, maintenance policy and Key Performance criterion. My paper primarily discussed developing trend of the equipment maintenance nowadays, evaluated the present status of the equipment maintenance mode of our plant, and gave some advice on some shortcoming in the equipment management system of our plant from this discussion and evaluation. And it may be some useful suggestions which how to improve the equipment maintenance management system for us.The enterprise will benefit from the innovation about the equipment maintenance management. The research results of this paper will be helpful to improve the equipment maintenance management of our plant, and the results can also be applied by other food manufactories which want to improve their equipment management.
