Power dispatching is the command organization of generation scheduling, power distribution management and power network operation management. Power dispatching should be managed from the side of power generation, transmission and distribution, electricity consumption.At present, a lot of results about the power dispatching optimization in the model and algorithms had obtained. However, power dispatching had been studied in the angle of power generation in these studies and considered how to call the electricity supply sector which is low cost of electricity and little pollution on the premise of guaranteeing a reliable supply of electricity. However, the impact from electricity customers on electricity demand and environmental quality also play a big role, so the power dispatching optimization management of electricity consumption based on the customer satisfaction had been studied, power customer satisfaction, pollution emission form electricity customer and power consumption efficiency had been considered the major factors of power dispatching, and had established the Multi-objective optimization model for power dispatch based on the customer satisfaction. Then the grey particle swarm algorithm had been used to solve the model. At last,the model established in this paper had been applied to the practice. At the base of meet the customer demand for electricity, the electricity is supplied to the electricity customers which are high efficiency and little pollution. It is of great significance to achieve the sustainable development of electricity and the environment, and explored thoroughly, the study scope of power dispatching had been expanded, and power dispatching management system also had been enriched and improved in this paper.
