Study Of The College Students' Leisure Life

With the economic and social development, leisure and living in the college student occupy an important place in daily life. For college students, leisure refers to the life state and discretionary time exclusive of the school hours and the time to satisfy the need of physiological. The college students are now at a key stage of the development of body and mind, and the formation of outlook on morality, life and value. A large amount of leisure time is a two-sided sword which can be both beneficial and harmful to the health of college students' body and mind. The healthy leisure activities can promote the life quality, their mature of charcteristics,and the capability of their innovation. On the contrary, the vulgar, passive leisure activities can arouse antisocial personality, and crime. Hence ,it is significant to pilot the college students to take good advantage of leisure time, and improve the quality of leisure life.This article passes to Zhengzhou university,Henan university,Zhengzhou university of light industry 560 questionnaire survey and interview, discovered the college students leisure life has following problems:1st,a poor sense of leisure-strongly randomness; 2ed,leisure activities are in low level;third,leisure skill lacks and so on. At the same time, in the selection of Singapore, the United States, Taiwan students of leisure life situation at home and abroad were studied, and draw the differences and similarities between university student leisure life and reference points.Finally, this paper put forward a development of existing leisure education students responses:Optimizate elective system and curriculum; To strengthen the organization and management of the leisure activities; Build good leisure culture atmosphere; Highlight family guidance; Establishing community leisure guide mechanism; Highlight public entertainment, leisure service organization ability; Play college students' self guidance ability.
