Since the reform and opening up, the registration system of the rural population into the urban household has on the gradual reduction. The rural household contract responsibility system increased productivity, and released of a large number of rural surplus labor. With the development of market economy, the city's demand for labor was increasing. In this context, more and more of the rural people began to move toward the city. In these rural population who moved to the city, women account for a large part. Young Migrant women constituted a special group of those migrant workers. They are young and not highly educated. In the cities, they engaged in catering, commercial and export-oriented service industries, labor-intensive enterprises. In addition to migrant women's living conditions in cities, but their education also began to concern by the researchers. The previous researches data has described an overview of this group's educational situation, but they ignored individual's specific experience and feelings.This study is concerned about the migrant women's special educational experience, listening to their own views and interpretations of their experiences. Then analysis whether they had achieved the equal rights of education and the influencing factors which affected. The research used qualitative research methods, and sampled 12 migrant women workers in Zhejiang for this research. Through semi-structured interviews and documents the author collected the data. According to the data collected, the author summarized four dimensions of time series that based on the experience of migrant women. They were "Admission and education", "learning process", "drop out and work in the cities". Under these three dimensions the author described and analyzed their educational development, and mined the all aspects of the growth factors in their experience education. This study also described and analyzed migrant women's subjective understanding of gender equality in education. Based on all the description and analysis, this study summarizes the situation of migrant women and the impact of educational inequality Equal Rights for their education, and the factors that affected their achievement on the equal rights of education. At last, the study discussed how to do in basic education and continuing education in China.
