The rapid development of mobile shopping has greatly facilitated people's lives.Mobile clothes shopping has become an important part of women's daily life.Although there are many kinds of online clothes shopping platforms these days,there are still few platforms for women's exclusive experience.On the one hand,young women's unique experience needs are becoming more and more diversified with the improvement of living standards.But the mobile shopping platforms for clothing cannot fully meet their experience needs.On the other hand,in order to maximize the benefits,the operators of apparel online shopping platforms tend to be too utilitarian so they cannot balance their users' experience at the same time.As a result,online clothing platforms are becoming less attractive and less sticky to women.Therefore,the platforms should be user-centered and design for user needs to receive there cognition from female users.This paper chooses young female users,one of the largest consumer groups of clothing mobile shopping platform as the research object.This paper explores the psychological characteristics of young female users when they buy clothes online and analyses the influencing factors of online clothing shopping from the user's perspective.It also analyses the user characteristics and the influencing factors of mobile platform shopping.This paper fully studies the consumption behavior of young women users when they buy clothes on mobile shopping platforms,excavates their demands for the platforms,and transforms the design requirements according to the pain points of users.Finally,for the purpose of bringing the best experience for young female users,this paper comes up with design strategies satisfying all aspects of online clothing shopping.Based on the research results,this paper concludes five design strategies of experiential dimension: sensory attraction,interactive completion,emotional satisfaction,lasting loyalty and social recommendation.It also captures the core needs of contact points at each critical moment in the process of young women's online clothes shopping,and summarizes the relevant design methods.By exploring and optimizing the user experience elements of mobile online shopping platform,users can enjoy high-quality experience in online shopping.The conclusion of this study can provide theoretical references for the future design of online shopping platform for women's clothing.It improves better consumer recognition and make users trust and stick to the mobile shopping platform.Also it can provide references for user experience design of other types of online shopping platform.
