Research On Implementation Management Of Project Propolis Ultra-emulsification By ZM Company

ZM Company is a subsidiary of Bee Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences which is the only national-level bee research organization. Implementation and management of science and research achievements transferring projects plays a vital role in operating and developing of ZM Company. The major purpose of this article is to base on ZM Company's specific transformation item of achievements in science and research in propolis ultra-emulsification to discuss how to introduce scientific management methods in the project implement process of high technology enterprise and improve the efficiency and quality of project execution through the project implementation and management study.Chapter 1 introduces the background, purpose and meaning of the article. There are seven major problems in ZM Company's administering transformation of achievements in science and research following list will justify this: lack of project feasibility study; project objective is not clear; project plan is not detailed; project schedule management is confused; be deficient in project team management; pay attention to inspection and shrug off management in quality; be without systematic marketing planning program. In the seven problems, four major problems such as progress, teamwork, quality and marketing occur during the project implementation stage, and issues in the target control and planning also could be corrected and resolved through managing the implementation phaseChapter 2 comprehensively analyzes background and objectives of project implementation and makes a more detailed planning to implementation of the project.Chapter 3 researches and analyzes problems existing in progress, teamwork, quality and marketing plan in previous implementation progress of transformation item of achievements in science and research of ZM Company and proposes the corresponding solutions. Therefore, strengthen implementing management of the commercialization of research findings is the key to improve conversion efficiency of results in scientific research of ZM Company.For the past problems, ZM Company introduces scientific management methods and means in transformation item of achievements in science and research in propolis ultra-emulsification to improve the project enforcement and administration level.In implementation plan of project: this article firstly analyzes internal and external conditions of project implementation and resource, and conducts a detailed project implementation plan according to the analysis results. Planning includes: the implementation of the objective, stage and task, project organization form and resource allocation. Do enough effort in the project planning to make up for deficiencies in the project objective and plan.In project management progress: through analyzing problems existing in ZM Company's past progress of the project management, this article uses a Gantt chart and network diagram method to optimize the project schedule, so that the progress of the project is more compact. Meanwhile, the paper also proposes a series of safeguard measures of progress.In project team management: organization and construction of project team management is an important guarantee for success of the project, this paper puts forth measures and recommendations for ZM Company's project team management through conducting a detailed analysis and research in the organization, performance evaluation and culture building of project team. 360 performance evaluation method is introduced in performance appraisal, which enables the project team's performance assessment more scientific and more equitable.In the past quality work of ZM Company, there is an issue of attaching importance to inspection and making light of management. To solve this problem, this article proposes to introduce total quality management, with the entire personnel, all aspects of project quality control to replace the previous emphasis on quality but not precaution which might be caused quality disaster.For the problems of lacking of market planning and promotion in the past project implementation, this paper advances proposals on how to improve project planning and marketing skills through researching for marketing promotion and planning in implementation progress of transformation item of achievements in science and research in propolis ultra-emulsification.Chapter 4 evaluates result of implementation to transformation item of achievements in science and research in propolis ultra-emulsification of ZM Company.Finally, this paper sums up the experience of project implementation progress through the evaluation of the results of project implementation and through the analysis of the achievement situation of project objective.At the same time, this article also makes an analysis of problems existing in the process of project implementation, in this project progress occurs many problems following list: make staff tired caused by tight schedule of progress; lead to quality surplus; promotional planning appears omissions; lack of follow-up publicity; be deficiency in some resources. According to the above problem, the paper proposes the safeguard measures in technical and organizational coordination.Finally, this article summarizes the experience and makes conclusions for process of the project implementation.
