A Game Theory Analysis On Management Problems Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises In Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a close combination of theoretical results and practical productivities, and now it has become a new trend in the research of policy all over the world. Medical scientific and technological achievement is an important part of our country’s science and technology, and it is of great significance to improve the transformation of medical achievement in order to improve the level of people’s health and living quality. At present, the transformation rate of China’s medical science and technology achievements is not high, and the absorption ability of medical science and technology achievements for enterprise is weak. Also the information communication channel is not smooth, and enterprises lack of an effective management mechanism for the transformation of medical science and technology. The benefits of medical scientific and technological achievements are the result of the interaction between the various subjects, and medical enterprises are the most important parts amoung these various subjects. Pharmaceutical enterprises are faced with a series of complex management activities in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and these management problems often have obvious game characteristics. This paper takes pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object, analyzes the main control points and the decision problems in the process of transformation of medical science and technology using the method of game theory, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions, thus providing references for the decision-making of medical enterprises.Firstly this paper introduces the basic theory of the transformation of medical science and technology, game theory, and an important evaluation method, analytic network process, which provide a theoretical basis for the research of the game model. Then, this paper analyzes the important control points of pharmaceutical enterprises in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and establishes the decision-making model of these management problems using the game theory. The management problems mainly include the following aspects. In the bidding process of the transformation of medical science and technology achievements, this paper construct the evaluation index system of medical scientific and technological achievements using ANP method, and sort the investment value of scientific and technological achievements, thus providing a scientific method for the enterprises’ bidding decision. In the initial investment stage of the transformation of medical science and technology, the judgment of the initial investment amount is a game process. This paper establishes the bidding model of pharmaceutical enterprises based on sealed-bid auction, and provides the decision-making method for the enterprises to determine a reasonable initial investment amount. In the production stage of the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements, the paper researches on the management behavior of pharmaceutical enterprises, constructs the supervision and punishment game model of the production workers and analyzes the main points of the supervision. In the sales phase of the transformation of medical science and technology achievements, the paper constructs the principal-agent model between pharmaceutical enterprises and sales agencies, which helps enterprises to establish an effective incentive mechanism. At last, the application of these methods is given to demonstrat the feasibility of the method in this paper.This paper can help enterprises to effectively deal with the problems and constraints in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements through the analysis of the key processes in the medical science and technology achievements transformation.It has a general guiding value for the pharmaceutical enterprises on improving the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
