With the development of economy, state-owned Banks commercialization is accelerated, and personal banking services have become the focus of every big commercial bank.The financial service mode of current commercial bank's, personal banking services and different ways to market, and commercial Banks'customer relationship management, are all the things worth to be studied and think about.Chapter 1 ,the preface. The background and the expected results of this paper are introduced. And the main content and the frame structure are also mentioned.In chapter 2,Through the analysis on the current our country commercial bank financial services, problems existed in on overall financial service are preliminary consolidated. And with to adequate contrast between domestic and international commercial bank's personal banking, some inspirations on development of commercial Banks in China are drawn.In chapter 3, The general situation of Pudong Development Bank and it's personal banking business development are introduced. The bottleneck and deficiencies are analyzed deeply through the development business. In the half part, personal banking innovation development is put forward, which is: creative management, personal banking business core competitive advantages, strengthening the private banking business development execution.In chapter 4, the development of personal finance business innovation is one of the strategic measure. it can push commercial bank into role transformation, and can help to optimize the bank structure. With the progress of financial development and technology, the global information technology level is improved with geometrical level, every kind of operation and marketing strategies in companies changes rapidly. After the introduction of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank customer relationship management system, the system cross-marketing is fully analysised. The executions which are the evaluation mechanism, guiding the marketing personnel, and recommend linkage business, comprehensive management of marketing strategy breakthrough are confirmed with, in such a determine facing anfractuous marketing environment.
