Study Of Supervision Evaluation On The Efficiency Of Jilin Petrochemical Company

The enterprise efficiency supervision evaluation in this subject is in the field of enterprise management research.As a part of enterprise management and a unique administration way in Chinese state-owned enterprises, enterprise efficiency supervision plays an important role in supervising and promoting enterprise to improve its management, efficiency and benefit. As a key part of efficiency supervision, efficiency supervision evaluation corrects its defect. Previously, the efficiency supervision only paid attention on the mistakes and wrongdoings in the enterprise management, but gave little attention on the people behind these mistakes. By evaluating the administrative behavior of the supervision object, dereliction and malfeasance in management are corrected; punishment and rewards are given to the people concerned. The efficiency evaluation is irreplaceable in regulating enterprise's internal management, strengthening the responsibility and risk consciousness for enterprise managers.There is presently little theoretical research on enterprise efficiency supervision evaluation system. During drafting of this article, demonstration information was collected by referring many documents and conducting questionnaire surveys. The integration of quantitative method and qualitative method was applied during the demonstration and analysis process. The works include: firstly, defining efficiency supervision and efficiency supervision evaluation, and giving detailed analysis on their development. Secondly, establishing the Jilin Petrochemical Company's efficiency supervision evaluation system. Thirdly, by scoring on every specific index by application of numerical analysis (Delphi method, AHP method) the evaluation results are more objective, accurate, and reliable. Fourthly, the enterprise efficiency supervision evaluation should have pertinence. Different evaluation should be applied to managers in different levels. Finally, guarantee measures were proposed for the application of efficiency supervision evaluation system.In conclusion, the research and study of this article are closely connected to the enterprise management, and have their own reference significance.
