The question of rural labor transfer is of common concern to many countries. China is a populous country which has rich labor resources. So the full utilization and the rational allocation of labor resources has become circles focus of concern. In order to make better use of rural labor force and improve living standards and spiritual needs, labor transfer is an inevitable socio-economic phenomenon when the economic development becomes a certain stage. This is the problems that we will face in tour current and a very long future, and it is also an important issue which must be resolved in our process of modernization.Labor from rural to urban areas is not only an important part of the city process, but also the most important features of economic growth. It eases the employment pressure in rural areas in the long time, promotes the development of rural economy, but also adds a lot of labor for urban construction. The process of labor force moving into urban areas is the process of expanding town construction. It brings a lot of cheap urban labor resources to meet the service needs of urban residents, reduce the cost of the city's business, drive the urban residential buildings, roads, electricity, communication, culture, health and other public service facilities. It plays an important role on promoting urban prosperity, the industrialization and urbanization, but also promoting economic and social prosperity of the city. Transfer of labor from rural to urban areas to improve the living standards of rural residents, the labor force that close contact with rural and the staff go back. Not only make money from external into the countryside, also make technology, information, and new ideas spread to rural areas, which are the important factors of rural economic development. Labor transfer becomes connection link of urban and rural economy, promotes the rapid development of the country economy, and this part of the labor force has also become an important supporting force of industrial development. It also creates a very good condition to promote the urban-rural integration, build a new socialist countryside and harmonious society. It is thus clear that discussion of the transfer of labor force on the impact of rural income in China has a certain theoretical and practical significance. Many scholars from various aspects of this issue of the theoretical and empirical research, and draw a series of theoretical model of labor transfer. This paper is on this basis, according to China's specific national conditions and the special social and economic environment, the level of income of urban residents'per capita disposable income divided by seven cases, the income level of rural residents'per capita net income is divided into five cases of the impact of labor transfer study. This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part is an introduction. It expounds the meaning of rural labor transfer and research background and significance, and reviews several theoretical research about the labor transfer, that introduces domestic and foreign scholars on different aspects of labor transfer It also points out that the discussion of the transfer of labor force on the impact of rural income in China has a certain theoretical and practical significance. The second part discusses the basic ideas about several methods that are needed in the empirical study of this paper: the unit root test methods of non-stationary time series, cointegration theory, error correction model, impulse response functions and variance decomposition. The third part is based on the model of the second part. It divides the rural residents into five sectors by the data of the rural residents'per capita net income. It also researches the impacts of labor transfer on the residents'income of different cases. It tells us that there is a long-term impact between labor transfer and a variety of income levels income, and this effect is different. In the long run, the increase of labor transfer gives a trend of increase of the variety of income levels, and this increasing trend is not stable. But in the short turn this increase trend is not stable, and it increases in alternately and the trends of alternate decrease gradually. The impact of labor transfer on all the rural residents'income is not great. The forth part divides the urban residents into seven sectors by the data of the urban residents'per capita disposable income. It also researches the impacts of labor transfer on the residents'income of different cases. It tells us that there is a long-term balanced stability impact between labor transfer and a variety of income levels income, and this effect is different. In the long run, the impacts of labor force increase with income levels gradually increase. The last is this paper's conclusions.
