Nowadays, as more and more attention has been put on the team form, collective efficacy and team communication have become two significant elements which affect team performance. Team communication involves communication frequencies, feedback level and learning level which will influent collective efficacy, as well as team performance. Through survey, the main purpose of this report to implement empirical research on the relationships between collective efficacy, team performance and team communication based on the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars.The researching targets are high schools` team stuff with relevant and sufficient knowledge. According to the advanced survey data, this report is trying to prove team communication has obvious utility of adjustment on collective efficacy and team performance. Meanwhile, I analyze collective efficacy from the angel of team communication to exert relative empirical and theoretical exploration on such utility in depth.The first section of this report is references review. Ben.Dula arose the definition for collective efficacy based on Personal efficacy in 1980s. According to Chang hua`s theory, I divided team communication into three dimensions. According to the model of abuse-style management with collective efficacy from Liu jun and Wu zhenglong (2008), I built the model for collective efficacy, team performance and team communication. I made the hypothesis as follow:H1: Collective efficacy has a positive effect on team performance.H2: When higher communication frequency exists compared to lower one, the bond between collective efficacy and team performance increase.H3: When higher feedback level exists compared to lower one, the bond between collective efficacy and teamperformance increase.H4: When higher learning level exists compared to lower one, the bond between collective efficacy and team performance increase.To test the hypothesis above, I collected data in the form of sending questionnaires. In 12 days, 400 questionnaires of hardcopy and 46 in e-form have been sent. Final collections are 385, and the effective rate the recollection is 86.3% excluding those ineffective ones.The tested outcome of the reliability and validity shows quite satisfied level, and the sample could be tested effectively. By implementing the regression, correlation analysis and testing variance, this report achieve a clear relationship between collective efficacy, team performance and team communication as following:(1) Collective efficacy has positive effects on team performance.This report tested the positive effects between collective efficacy and team performance, and approved that higher collective efficacy accompanied with better team performance.To the aspect of adjustment effect of team communication from three dimensions, the results have been achieved through the regression of the cross-elements of independent variables, dependent variables and moderators(2)The adjustment effect of communication frequenciesThis report proved the existence of the adjustment effect of communication frequencies to the relationship between collective efficacy and team performance. Higher communication frequency will increase the bond between collective efficacy and team performance compared to the lower one.(3)Feedback level has significant adjustment effect for collective efficacy and team performance.This report proved the significance of adjustment effect of feedback level. positive affect exists between feedback level and the bond of collective efficacy and team performance.(4)Learning degree has no adjustment effect on collective efficacy and team performance.The data collected in this report proved there is no adjustment effect on collective efficacy and team performance.According to the outcome of my research, it is strongly recommended to choose proper candidates, increase collective efficacy and stimulate communication frequencies as well as feedback level when managements select team members to accomplish missions.The research outcome and suggestion above will benefit the team of high schools` team stuff with relevant and sufficient knowledge to improve their collective efficacy.
