Improving team performance is worth attention in the management practice of each enterprise. And the team leader's leadership plays an important role in the performance behavior of team employees. Especially in the situation of transformational leadership theory occupies a central position of leadership research, the research about the impact of transformational leadership to team performance is necessary. This research will lead to the third variable of team collective efficacy, trying to understand the internal mechanism about transformational leadership to team performance.Based on the literature review of transformational leadership, team collective efficacy and team performance; discuss the impact about the transformational leadership and team collective efficacy to team performance. The data of this research is through questionnaire, using correlation analysis, regression analysis and two-factor variance analysis from SPSS 13.0 for windows statistical software to draw the following conclusions.1st:Transformational leadership has a positive influence of team performance. And every dimension of transformational leadership has played the positive influence role to every dimension of team performance.2nd:Transformational leadership and its dimension have a positive influence on team collective efficacy.3rd:Team collective efficacy has a positive influence on the team performance and its dimension.4th:To some extent, team collective efficacy mediates the relation between the transformational leadership and team performance. Specially, team collective efficacy plays a complete mediation role between morale modeling and finishing task as well as leader charisma and finishing task.5th:Some demographic variables and team characteristic variables have a role between the dimension of transformational leadership and the dimension of team performance as well as the team collective efficacy and the dimension of team performance.Finally, some deficiencies of this research are put forward, as well as suggestions to the further study of relevant fields.
