As the competition between the organizations become more and more serious,many organizations take significant changes, such as reengineer, and use team-basedstructures. So team research are very popular in the Applied Psychology fields both inhome and abroad. But most of the researchs just consider part of the variables anddidn't take a compelet view. So this research founded on the review of previousresearches to analysis the non-intelligent factors and tactic factors' mechanism in theteam. The research's participants are the teams come from Chongqin, Tianjin, Wuhanand Nanjng. The research use questionnaires to collect data, and all the questionnairesused including Transformational-Leadership questionnaire, self-efficacy questionnaire,collective-efficacy questionnaire and Job-satisfaction questionnaire,Team-performance questionnaire. By using correlation analysis, multiple regressanalysis and hierarchical linear model analysis, the findings indicated that:1. Members' perceptions on the leaders' leadership has direct effect on their jobsatisfaction, performance, and self-efficacy, collective-efficacy can mediator therelations between leadership and job satisfaction2. Members' self-efficacy not only has a positively facilitate with job satisfaction,but also mediator the relations between leadership and job satisfaction3. Members' collective-efficacy not only has a positively facilitate with jobsatisfaction, team-performance, but also mediator the relations between leadershipand job satisfaction partly4. Members' self-efficacy are positively correlated with collective-efficacy5. The relations between members' efficacy and job satisfaction are different fromteams, leaders' transformational leadership will moderator the correlation6.
