| Recent years, China's real estate industry develops soundly and fast, the large profit space also attracts international hot money, and leads to speculation as well as produces foam of real estate. The fact that prices soar up and down will seriously prevent our real estate industry from healthy and steady developing, and lead to macroeconomic fluctuations. Thus, this article talks about the supervision of international hot money in real estateBy the analysis and application based on the international capital flow theory and national economic security theory, it is stated the cause, mode and influence of international hot money swarming into China real estate market by the method of theory and data analysis in this paper. After synthetically analyzing the policy evolution process of regulation and control on real estate foreign investment, combined the present supervision situation of real estate hot money as well as the supervision measures of foreign real estate international hot money, it is raised the feasibility suggestion on the supervision of international hot money swarming into China real estate industryIt is found that the scale of real estate hot money is large, which will threaten the real estate market and financial system. Once the hot money is withdrawn, our real estate industry will suffer from destructive impact. Therefore, this paper is based on each key point and emphasizes the tight and organic coordination between the departments of the government, bank and public organization. It should be established the supervision system of "One Body Two Wings" which is dominant by centre and local government and coordinated by banks and developer association. |
