Research On The Development Of Featured Industry Of Less Developed Regions In Southwest Of China

Implementation of the southwest development strategy having been more than ten years, our various regional economic has received a large extent, but there is the gap between different development areas.In addition to the southwest region's own resources, location, historical reasons, the impact of outside factors that can not be ignored is the less developed areas of the southwest industrial structure, leading the county to upgrade the industrial structure is difficult, inefficient enterprises, the economy stagnated.With the continuous advance of globalization, our economy entered into the international market, while new industries from abroad began to enter China's market. Thus the domestic industry, with new opportunities as well as facing new challenges: the dual domestic and international market competition. This requires that the domestic industry to optimize its industrial structure, innovation, attract more consumers, to ensure its market share. This southwest industrial development in underdeveloped regions has proposed new requirements– developing the special industry.This paper taked the stricken areas of sichuan, guangxi, chongqing, yunnan, guizhou, Tibet as the research scope ,of each provinces underdeveloped areas (not including center city) featured industry choice, cultivating and sustained development as the research object. Because the six provinces and geographically aer close, conditions are similar in the development of characteristic industry, the strategic thought, countermeasures can reference, inspire mutually. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristic industrial development intrinsic mechanism, establish a special industry development evaluation system, finally, the innovation of the idea of choice characteristic industrial, development countermeasure and the environment for three aspects, countermeasures southwest underdeveloped region characteristic industrial development put forward countermeasures.Through the above research, this paper concludes that: 1)Innovation southwest underdeveloped region characteristic industrial development concept, the characteristic resources is exploring and utilizing of formation and development characteristic industry foundation;2)Using correct understanding and reasonable and open the characteristic resource, to nurture characteristics products;3)Through the special products constantly updated, its scale, branding, and ultimately for economic development have brand effect, it is characteristic industry to develop stably's roadwhich must;4) Southwest underdeveloped region characteristic industrial development needs the government and so on various aspects of support;5) In the opening and use resources, in addition to concerns about its process of the economic benefits of for the society, but also must treat correctly resource sustainability.The main innovation points mainly includes the following aspects:1) The development of characteristic industry mechanism.
