Research On Development Management Areas Under Special Customs Supervision

China Customs is the state administration which based on the relevant laws, administrative regulations, exercising import and export regulatory authority. Custom special supervised areas is different from generally national customs territory of nationally designated areas and implementate special policies, which take special regulatory measures by the customs.After more than20years of development, there have been various kinds of custom special supervised areas appeared. Various forms of custom special supervised areas existed chaotic management and policies intersect. How to solve the dilemma of the development of custom special supervised areas, is currently the focus of future development. In this paper, by introducing the custom special supervised areas on the basis of the basic concepts, elaborate development status and problems of custom special supervised areas. Base on Nanchang Export Processing Zone development status, system to explore the loopholes and problems of policies and regulations and management systems of custom special supervised areas.Proposing effective management and integrate development proposal of custom special supervised areas.Jiangxi Province is located in western regions of China where economy is relatively backward in China. But it has the largest number of custom special supervised areas in6provins of center reigns of China.The research of Nanchang export processing zone has important significance on the overall development of custom special supervised areas.This paper analyzed the situation of Nanchang export processing zones.to research the development direction of custom special supervised areas in the future.
