Countermeasures Research On Inefficiency Of Special Equipment Supervision In Underdeveloped Areas

In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,the demand for special equipment has been increasing,and the number of equipment has also increased rapidly.Under the condition that the supporting policies and laws have not been perfected and the supervision mechanism has not yet been perfected,the reform of local government institutions has been vigorously promoted.The “three-in-one” reform of the Industrial and Commercial,Food and Drug Supervision and Quality Supervision Departments has seen a significant increase in the supervision of special equipment.However,the safety monitoring of special equipment at the grassroots level,especially in underdeveloped areas,is not high.This paper will focus on the case of Wencheng County,and point out that the special equipment safety supervision mode that Wencheng County has gradually fixed in the past few years,combined with the characteristics of the underdeveloped areas in Wencheng County,analyzes the inefficiency of Wencheng County special equipment safety supervision.The status quo and its unique reasons.At present,most of the special equipment research is from the macro point of view,that is,from the perspective of the national level,the provincial level and the large and medium-sized cities,and from the grassroots level,especially the safety monitoring of special equipment in underdeveloped areas,the related research is relatively scarce,so it is underdeveloped.The safety supervision of special equipment in the region has undoubtedly possessed considerable research value.This paper uses the literature research method to understand the research background,and then analyzes the case of Wencheng County by case analysis method.Finally,the observation method is used to give more detailed examples.The research content can be divided into the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly describes the background and theoretical significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,systematically expounds the content of the research and the framework design and research methods;the second chapter is This paper introduces the safety monitoring mode of special equipments in foreign countries and analyzes the status quo of safety monitoring of special equipments in China.The third chapter is to explain the mode and status quo of special equipment safety supervision in Wencheng County after the reform of the institution,as a background to analyze the inefficiency of special equipment monitoring in underdeveloped areas.The fourth chapter is from the perspectives of supervisors,regulatory agencies,government agencies,users,and underdeveloped areas to monitor the actual situation.The paper analyzes the problems and causes of inefficiency of special equipment inspection in underdeveloped areas.The fifth chapter is based on the advanced foreign supervision mode,and draws on some excellent practices of the industrial and commercial and food and drug supervision institutions in the internal reform of the market supervision department,and proposes countermeasures to deal with the inefficiency of special equipment supervision in underdeveloped areas.The sixth chapter is a brief summary of the full text.The empirical analysis leads to the main conclusions and related management implications.On this basis,the innovations and shortcomings of this paper are described.Looking to the future of research.
