A Research Of Synergetic Development Of Regional Commerce In Xia Zhang Quan

With the development of China’s regional economic integration, the trend of interac tion and city integration between urban circle becomes more obvious, the development of commerce industry are showing a new trend, namely the original single city or province development for regional cooperation development.But a research of synergetic developm ent of regional commerce is less at the current, so,this paper discusses the synergetic de velopment of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan, to provide strong theoretical basis for each department.To study synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan, both quantitative and qualitative methods are employed in this paper. In the quantitative analysis, factor analysis can only judge the coordinated development of regional trade trends, the overall coordination analysis can only judge what stage Xia Zhang Quan regional trade- co-development are. So this paper combines the above-mentioned two methods, selects dates from 2008 to 2013 in Xia Zhang Quan, describes the synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan from both dynamic line and static line, thus judge the level of synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan more comprehensively. The results show that the level of synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan increased year by year, but the overall level is not high. Also by factor analysis from 2008 to 2013 in Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou find that Xiamen, Quanzhou in the development of commerce each haves advantages, Zhangzhou is the “short board” in the whole process. In the qualitative analysis, this paper presents the behavior framework which affects synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan and has a in-depth analysis from the three-party of the government, the agency and the operators. Finally it is concluded that factors hindering synergetic development of regional commerce. From the government level, their political interest dispute makes the development situation of regional commerce not good. In addition, the lag of unified planning and imperfect institutional system are also important factor for synergetic development of regional commerce. From the agency terms, as a communication bridge between the operators and the government, the establishing of agency is important. However, These three areas do not establish the appropriate service agencies, thus losing an important peripheral support. From the operator’s terms, as the principal part of synergetic development of commerce, many operators don’t commit themselves to cultivating a good market order without the guidance of leading enterprises, which leads to the target of synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan couldn’t be implemented and even comes to nothing.On the research conclusions, this paper proposes targeted strategies to promote synergetic development of regional commerce in Xia Zhang Quan, respectively from the government, service agencies and operators, including the introduction of relevant planning, the establishment of systems and other measures, which is targeted and practical.
