The Study Of The Development Strategy Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Under The New Reform Of Healthy Care

With the reform and opening up, our national pharmaceutical industry has made a huge progress and gone from strength to strength. It has become one of the most vitality and optional industries in the system of our national economic. According to the new policy in the reform of health system, great changes will take place in a number of sectors such as production, circulation, marketing consuming and so on. That's an opportunity and also a challenge. Regardless of being theoretically or from the practice, the study on the development strategy of pharmaceutical industry is significant with the new reform of health care.With analyzing the current situation of our national pharmaceutical industry and the reform policy of medical care deeply, through the collection of the data and information from our national pharmaceutical industry, especially from CSPC PHARMA, this thesis summarizes the circumstance and the development status of our pharmaceutical industries, especially CSPC PHARMA. We use Port's Five Force Model to analysis the development strategy of our national pharmaceutical industries and explore the strategy under the policy of the new reform of healthy care. Meanwhile, we use SWOT method to diagnosis CSPC PHARMA and explored the new development strategy of CSPC PHARMA.The purpose of the thesis is to provide theoretic support to the development and also to provide reference to the scientific decision in the pharmaceutical industries, especially for CSPC PHARMA.
