The pharmaceutical industry has continued to develop at a high speed for many years,but behind its prosperity,there are many problems such as disordered order in the pharmaceutical market,lax quality supervision,and disorderly competition.To this end,the State Council and the State Food and Drug Administration are keen to reform,intensively release new policies and regulations for the pharmaceutical industry,including increasing industry supervision,standardizing the order of drug circulation,encouraging and guiding the research and development of pharmaceutical enterprises,etc.Undoubtedly a series of new initiatives for the industry,the company has put forward new requirements and challenges.Although H Pharmaceuticals maintains rapid growth in revenue,in the face of tremendous changes in the external environment of enterprises,how to play a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition and maintain the leading position in market competition is an important reality for H Pharmaceuticals to face the future research.Question.This article will focus on how to create a systematic study of the competitive strategy of H Pharmaceuticals in the new development of the pharmaceutical industry.This paper begins with the new situation in the industry and lists the latest requirements of the state in the production,research and development,circulation,and bidding.Continue to analyze the macro environment of H Pharmaceuticals,analyze the industrial environment with Porter's five-force model,and scan the internal resources of the enterprise.It is clear that the company is currently in a generally favorable environment,and should seize the opportunity of industry development and use its own superior resources to seek rapid development.On this basis,using SWOT analysis matrix,combined with the company's long-term strategic goal of entering the international market,it has established a differentiated competition strategy suitable for the development path of H Pharmaceutical Company.Guided by strategy,the corresponding strategic measures include:speeding up the pace of research and development of new products,taking the lead in creating new directions for R&D,cultivating new competitive products,and actively expanding into the international market and entering new markets.On the other hand,in product marketing,fully tap the target market segment,increase the re-development of clinical value of products,and develop new clinical indications for anti-tumor product combination drug trials.At the same time,strengthen marketing team building and establish new compliance standards.Marketing concept to promote product sales growth.Pay attention to the cultivation of H Pharmaceuticals anti-tumor brand In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,a series of safeguard measures for strategy implementation were formulated.The implementation of the differentiation strategy and the realization of the strategic objectives were fully promoted in terms of personnel,capital investment,equipment and facilities and integrated management.Finally,the policy risks caused by the estimated shortcomings in the implementation of the strategy are identified and controlled.The research results of this paper are in the new situation of major changes in the development environment of the pharmaceutical industry.It is undoubtedly of great practical reference and reference value for how to successfully develop competitive strategies,effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and quickly realize the company's strategic goals.
