It is compensation that the employees gain from their labor services providing. Post sequence salary is a part of salary system which designing based on post sequence. This paper is made a disussion of how to making a salary design by post sequence. Basing on the reasonable post sequence, we could struct a divers salary and distribution system by job analysis, post evaluation and assessment capacity of employees combining salary survey analysis.On the basis of researching our reform of wage system, the study of compensation design on post sequences is proposed on the premise of the existing situation of corporate compensation management. This paper is carried out argumentation and analysis from both theoretical and practical perspectives. In the theoretical perspective, it explores the relevant traditional theories of compensation design on job sequences, the current research achievements of compensation design on jobs in the field of academy and corporate, focuses on defining the concepts of job sequences, sequence levels and compensation design, and elaborates and analyzes in detail evaluation method for job sequences, assessment method of employees'ability, and design of job compensation structure. In the practical perspective, it specifically explains procedures of compensation design on job sequences and analyzes the key points of compensation design on three special jobs like senior management, technical position and marketing position.This paper make a deeply study on salary design based on the practical situation of the enterprises'internal management and salary design along with related theories of compensation the and post management. It's the purpose of this paper that give the reference on salay design to the enterprises'salary designner and make a confrom to the times of the lean management development of HRM.
