| Energy is the cornerstone of human social and economic development. Since the industrial revolution of human society, the demand of energy has been an upward trend. The existing energy system is unsustainable, and faces great challenges from energy security, environmental pollution, climate change, ect.In recent decades, human has sought renewable energy that is on huge reserves, wide distribution and clean and safety. Also human has made solid steps on the development, demonstration and promotion. Other than water power, wind power is the nearest commercial energy in the main renewable energy, is also the fastest growing energy in the recent years. China wind resource has a good endowment. The advantages of social and environmental benefits and increasingly sophisticated technology of wind power makes itself become the focus of government, investors, technological and industrial field. However, wind power in China is still in the disadvantage of competition compared to the conventional power, mainly due to the high cost and high electricity price. So the development of wind power in China needs appropriate incentives and right industrial policy.Firstly, the paper makes a detailed description on the current situation of wind resource and analysis and predicts the the following development trend of wind power industry. Secondly, does a research on the incentive mechanism of well-developed foreign, such as Feed-in Tariffs and RPS, and some problems occurred during the development of wind power.Thirdly, does a research on incentive mechanism of domestic countries,such as wind power concession, and finds the defects, then designs new incentive mechanism according to foreign experience, such as wind power tariff.Finally analysis the industrial policy of wind power in China, and also proposes some suggestions, such as establishing independent innovation system of wind power industry. In the end, does a prospection on the wind power industry in China. |
