Human resources management is in economics and humanistic guidance, through the recruitment, selection, training, such as pay for organization and management form of human resources for effective use relevant organization, satisfy the organization current and the future need to develop, ensure the organization goal realization and the maximization of members'development. Human resources needs is predicting organization and make a human demand planning, recruitment choose effective organization, personnel and pay the remuneration and performance evaluation, combining the effective incentives need for organizations and individuals to realize effective development in the whole process of the optimal organizational performance.If the enterprise has had the brain drain, the immediate influence enterprise's operation, reduce the core competitive capacity of enterprises. The staff will cause the enterprise the most foundation the composition unit. If the foundation not to be unstable, the enterprise will be unable the smooth development. The enterprise should improve and perfect on the basis of human resources management system, attract the talented person, detain the talented one, train the talent one, like this can continue and stably development.This paper analysis of actual case of the YJ company, using a Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs, Adams justice theory and core human resources'knowledge theory, on the one hand introduces the company's history, background, this paper expounds the present situation of the company's human resources, on the other hand through the case reveals the company's problems, analyzes the reasons of the company's brain drain, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures, proposed the establishment perfect human resources management system (including establishment enterprise human resources emergency mechanism, optimization pattern of enterprises, formulation reasonable salary system, pays great attention staffs professional profession), and the establishment of enterprise core human resources system, ensure enterprise has the quantity and quality of core staffs, which can help the enterprises to get rid of difficulties.
