In the knowledge economy, the talent competition in twenty-firstcentury, a bridge between enterprise’s competition is more intense, thecompetition between enterprises in the final analysis is the bridge companycompetition among workers, excellent human resources is the bridge betweenthe enterprise innovation and development of the source, effective humanresources management and development, to maximize the company staff humancapital advantage, which has become the bridge enterprises’ core competitiveness, winthe market position of the decisive factors, at the same time, the problem ofBrain Drain is the bridge of enterprise human resources management is facingthe important problem.Based on the theory of human resource management from A constructioncompany human resources in shanxi A company and its current situation ofmanagement, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of thecompany talent strategy, and the negative effects of brain drain, including theimbalance effect, loss of nuclear effect, buckling effect, beneficial effect andoptimal effect etc. then, finds out the social, company and individual cause ofbrain drain. On this basis, we put forward to the optimization of enterpriseexternal environment, optimize the talent compensation system, strengthen theconstruction of the welfare system, improve the human resources and talentcrisis management mechanism and countermeasures.
