Today's enterprise in a market economy is faced with the challenge of revolutionary,the talent is the key to the success or failure of the enterprise competition in the market place.Talents as the creator of the scientific and technological inventions,bearing the weight of the use and dissemination of science and technology.Talent is relatively scarce in today's enterprise but also the most valuable wealth.Talent can create limitless reserve in the enterprise profits.Many enterprises in the management and operation,As a result of the human resource develpoment planning is not clear,backward management concept,the recruitment system is not sound,ignore the employee's career development,training mechanism,compensation mechanism,insentive mechanism is not sound,enterprise culture to various reasons such as lack of cohesion,has caused very serious brain drain phenomenon,restricted the development of enterprise.This article take this opportunity to shandong TAMJ company as the analysis of the main body,the worker has to move to other company to visit,talk,use the method of questionnaire survey on has to move the employee's departure is analyzed,using mathematic as a tool for statistics and calculation,sums up the main cause of brtain drain,summary conclusion is as follows: Men and women workers in the aspect of family life and work stress have different reaction,female is care for family life and working pressure,on the other hand,they persue their own development prospects and opportunities for advancement,for family life and working pressure care less.The difference of the age,the demand for wage income is different aslo,25 to 45,the worker demands for wage income is higher,the worker over the age of 45 instead moer focus on welfare.The young worker is urgent to own development requirement.So,the paper according to the different position of the humanities environment,salary income,social welfare is different from individuals,organizations and social factors,such as put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to prevent the brain drain.In this paper,from the actual situation of Shandong TAMJ company brain drain is analyzed,combined with domestic and foreign scholars of mature theory and research results,using the scientific method to calculate,is derived in detail,it is concluded that the real reason for the company the brain drain,and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent the brain drain.
