Study On Influence Factors Of Sino-American Service Trade Deficits

In the background of trend of low-carbon economy and shifts of economic growth mode, service trade and industry which characterized by high added value, lower pollution and low energy dissipation could best meet the requirements of current economic development. Considering the development inevitability towards servitization of future global economy and the situation of trade surplus between China and world trade in services, especially the widen deficit of Sino-American in service, this paper makes an analyze of deficit situation and reason of Sino-American service trade and comes up with six reasons being partly responsible for the Sino-American service trade deficit:economic structure, industry chain, system and policy, international capital and humanity and technology. Then makes a quantization analysis of six above partially:economic contribution of service industry, development level of goods trade, stronger support of R&D, utilization of FDI and quality of overall human resource and draws a conclusion that the positive interaction between service industry and service trade in US provides high competitiveness in service industry with a base. In addition, because of the height and relevance of industry chain plus the dynamic effect which is put out by regulations and policies, international capital, humanity and technology make a combined contribution for the Sino-American service trade deficit on the here and a run. Therefore, we should better focus on the mainstay of inside industry, increase the proportion of R&D input, spare no effort to the infant and knowledge-intensive industry, handle the relationship among basic science, practical science and the commercialization, stress importance of training expenditure for labor force, seek a variety of effective service mode, guide the orientation of foreign investment and optimize the utilization of foreign funds in terms of their structure and geographical distribution, pay much attention to economic security and the living space of enterprises, etc.There are still two weak points of this article:Firstly, because of the relevant data related to service trade is characterized by scarcity, the data has not yet been able to update to the latest. Secondly, the studies of existing research in connection with influence factors of Sino-American service trade deficits has not yet been able to reach a consensus or establish a standard process and because of this, influence factors are notable different accompanied by the different subjects.
