China's textile industry has a long history and has made tremendous contributions to the development of the national economy.It has formed a competitive advantage. However, since the global financial crisis of 2008, our textile industry, relying on cheap labor and equipment to build up the competitive advantage, completely vanished. Accelerating industrial restructuring and upgrading, building quality and brand to become the industry's future survival and development become the inevitable choice. Against the financial crisis, Chinese government issued a series of policies and measures to speed up transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, which has brought new opportunities. How to seize this historic opportunity to seek their own development path and select the appropriate development strategy to further enhance their core competitiveness, becomes an important issue.First, domestic and international corporate strategy, the textile industry and its strategy related research are reviewed. The results suggest that the current strategy for the study of China's textile industry is relatively small. Furthermore, the textile industry has been defined by the Yearbook of access to relevant information and mdustry analysis reports on the domestic textile industry are analyzed. Using the PEST model, the macro environment of China's textile industry are described, using five forces competitive model of the textile industry structure was analyzed,and using the SWOT analysis model JYTZ Textile Group's internal and external environment for the comprehensive was reviewed. At the same time, combined with the corporate site survey, the use of AHP-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the company's strategy of JYTZ status of implementation was evaluated. The results showed that the company's implementation of the strategy was better than difference.Based on the above analysis, the use of GE's business priority matrix of a selection, the company's development strategy was determined:focusing on the development of knitting yarn business and developing garment processing business, getting more benefits from business, choosing to grow cotton or considering withdrawing. Finally, a number of policy proposals to the company's development strategy were raised:(1) training professionals to enhance the recruitment of temporary work; (2) reducing production costs and strengthening brand building; (3) replacing old facilities and introducing of new equipment.
