Small and medium-sized enterprises have always played an extremely important role in China's economic development,but the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is facing very severe challenges.How to transform and upgrade to achieve strategic development is a topic of common concern of all sectors of society,and also a concern of many small and medium-sized enterprises.Leping Knitting Co.,Ltd.is a local small private enterprise in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang province.This paper takes the enterprise as a case to explore the development strategy of the enterprise.Leping Knitting Co.,Ltd.is a typical small-scale manufacturing enterprise.Through the environmental analysis method,this paper analyses the external environment faced by the company,including the favorable geographical environment,the stable legal and political policy environment supported by the policy,the international economic environment in which the world economy is still developing in a better direction,and the people's living standards.Raise new requirements for products such a domestic social environment,as well as Leping knitting continuous contact with international trade and the relative technological environment;however,through the analysis of internal resources and capabilities of enterprises,identify the advantages and disadvantages of Leping Knitting Co.,Ltd.Advantages include long-term experience in foreign trade business,professional product production capacity,stable supplier system,stable company financial situation and other disadvantages,including small production scale,fewer employees,insufficient financial strength,low market share,weak market competitiveness and so on.Through further analysis of SWOT,this paper points out that Leping should take advantage of its stable quality,long-term international trade qualification and participation in the sales opportunities of all countries along the country.Finally,the paper puts forward specific strategic implementation suggestions,that is,adjusting equipment structure,improving production capacity,participating in international market competition based on long-term experience in international trade,expandingproduct categories,striving for better customers and reserving enterprise resources for enterprise transformation and upgrading.
