In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese capital market, attract worldwide attention for its great achievements. No matter from the number of listed company, financing amount or the number of investors, China's capital market already has a considerable scale. By the end of 2010, the number of domestic listed companies (A-sh-are, B-share market) has reached to 2063,total stock market price has reached to 26542.259 billion yuan. Timely and accurate grasp of the listed company's financial conditions have become basis of investors for investment judgment. This paper regards this as the starting point, to study the transport industries listed company financial basic condition. This article mainly aiming at Chinese transportation companies 2008 to 2011 various years financial condition.The financial condition appraisal carry on the financial norm data processing, through the statistical method, combined with factor analysis model, to obtains the financial condition synthetically value, then obtains the financial condition arrangement, which can help us to understands various companies by this the financial condition comprehensive level.First it has carried on the synthesis review to the domestic and foreign financial condition assessment method, and has determined empirical research analysis method of this article. Then takes our list transportation companies as the sample to study, using the public annual report achievement for the empirical research data origin and carries on the statistical analysis through specialized statistical software SPSS15.0 to find each main financial norm mean value and the outstanding value of our list transportation companies. According to the company various financial norm actual situation in our country, this article establishes a set of the list company's financial condition appraisal system to suit our country transportation companies, by which the synthesis place is done for the list company 3 years finance condition, and the list company's financial condition change tendency is analysised.
