Sino-US Cooperation In The New Comparison And Analysis Of Energy Policy

The thesis is about to compare the policy of developing new energy between China and America, analyzed the necessary and the policy choosing of developing the new energy of China, analyzed the new energy development situation around the world, especially China and America, introduced the energy policy of the two countries in fields.The first part introduced the research background of the thesis, the importance of energy in human society, the increasing situation of environmental problem, the influence of the new energy to the future world pattern, and the necessity of building up the structure.The second part introduced the new energy industry development in the world wide, the type, the features, the scale, and the percentage they take part in the whole energy industry, explained the whole programming of the new energy industry.The third part introduced the development situation of new energy industry in China and America, from the aspect of developing scale, increasing speed, ranking in the world and so on. From the contrast, the author analyzed their advantage and disadvantage separately, want to develop China's environmental energy industry from studying the technology and policy of America.The fourth part introduced the development of the new energy policy of industry in China and America, especially the policies from the fields of the legal, financial, taxing, investment, economic. Combining the contrast result and institutional economics theory, found the unsounded part of the structure in China.The fifth part analyzed the using of the game theory in the benefit conflicting situation, introduces the aim and meaning of China and America in developing new energy. Using the example of Chairman Hu Jintao visited America and got the 20 billion business bargain, introduced the cooperation between the two countries by government to corporation, and analyzed the future of the cooperation.The sixth part is the conclusion. Consulting the experience of the new energy developed countries especially America, put forward the feasible policy as well. Also, the author pointed out the problem which needed mention in the future, and the policy choosing. The author used the method of comparison and quantitative analyses combine the theory with the fact, and get the conclusion through induction and deduction increased the rationality of the thesis.
