The Research On The Development Of Smart Express Based On The Internet Of Things And Policy Recommendations

After nearly three decades of development, China's express industry has become a huge potential market, in addition to well-known foreign giants and domestic express delivery companies in China Post, Air Express and other large state-owned enterprises, but also the emergence of many private Express companies such as Shun Feng and Yuan Tong. Nowadays the internet of things has become the focus of the world, the developed countries have raised it to the national strategy. In the context, China is also timely to launch the strategy of "Experiencing China". At the same time, the state recently introduced the "Ten Rules of the revitalization of industrial planning" that the logistics and express industry will be the focus in the future. The internet of things as a applied technology, will help express industry to achieve the goals of "speed" and "value".This paper researched on the application of the internet of things in the express industry, combined with domestic and international express development theory and policy approaches, aimed to propose some effective policy recommendations. This article first analyzed the theory of express and the internet of things, and proposed the concept of smart express based on previous studies. Second, this article analyzed the domestic and international express companies in terms of development and construction of smart express. In the third section, based on analysis of the first two parts, proposed some impeding questions of current smart express and obtained specific reasons through the analysis. Finally, from the perspective of policy research for the actual situation of our country, obtained some advices that how to promote sound and rapid development of smart express.Smart Express is still in its infancy. From foreign to domestic, from theory to practice, it will need a long process. But also it is also a process for the state, markets and enterprises to optimize the structure. I believe that with the continuous development of the internet of things, the application of smart Express and government policy guidance, our express industry will achieve a considerable progress.
