With the increasingly fierce market competition, innovating has become a consensus to all companies for maintaining and increasing their competitiveness, and the logistics finance is an innovation result of the logistics companies and the financial institutions. Recently, the logistics finance, especially the inventory financing business has developed rapidly. However, many problems follow. For instances, the risk category become diversified, and the level increased. So, whether financial institutions or logistics companies are forced to emphasis on risk controlling, as well as maintain to develop the business at the same time.After years'rapid development, our financial institutions have accumulated a wealth of experience in risk control, but this has not brought a rapid development in the inventory financing business. The reason is that, as for the partners, our logistics companies are incapable in controlling risks. So, it is very important to improve the logistics companies'capacity of risk controlling.In the background of widely respecting the "third one", this paper analysis the logistics inventory financing regulatory risks, upgrade the warehouse infonnation system. On one hand, the paper emphasizes accessing the data directly with the Internet of Things t technologies. On the other hand, the paper put the concept of risk controlling through the specific processes. Then, the paper design an information system to help the logistics companies control risk based on the technologies. The main contents are as follows:1) Fully considering the the logistics enterprises'initiative, study how to protect the financial institutions by controlling the risk of keeping risk, combing the results of previous studies about factors causing the keeping risk, the paper builds a risk rating index system of inventory financing regulatory, as well as a risk rating model, and design a formula to evaluate the value of the logistics regulatory risks by AHP and fuzzy.2) Consider using the Internet of Things technology to improve the logistics enterprises'capacity of Monitoring pledge. In the respect of Data sourcing, use the technologies to access the daily business information, such as the basic credibility of the enterprise, the flow of goods, loan repayment to build customer files; monitor goods'number and location by the electronic tag attached to the goods;monitor the environmental information by through the wireless Sensor conditions in order to fully protect the quality of the collateral custody. In the respect of data transmission, working by the automatic collection of RFID, wireless sensor networks and GPRS wireless, the pledge system information can change in time. In the respect of data processing, the regulatory risk can be calculated in time by the risk rating models.3) Introduce the content of internet of things and clears the design principles, and then design the frame model, process model, function modules of information systems and databases, considering the characteristics of business processes.4) Design the logistics information system for company N. after describing the profiles of company N's inventory financing business, specific business processes, and regulatory problems in the process of risk control, design the monitoring database of the information system, the modules of risk controlling in the process of business acceptance, storage loans, warehouse management and extrusion library.The two main innovations of this paper are integrating of Internet of things technology and warehouse information systems, and adding the risk rating module into the traditional system...
