Study On Leading Dairy Enterprise Portfolio Decision In Hei Long Jiang Reclamation

This article divides dairy enterprise product portfolio decision into management decision and production decision.Reviewing the different economic system in China dairy industry development process,we take five forces model by Porter to analysis the dairy industry from the consumer environment, the existing competitors, suppliers, substitutes and potential entrants.At the same time,we make a detailed analysis on competitive strategies of the dairy industry in Heilongjiang Province and also make the SWOT analysis.Based on the above analysis of environment and competitive strategy in dairy industry,we build the decision-making index system of dairy enterprise product portfolio management direction. On decision-making in business direction, we take the projection pursuit model based on accelerating genetic algorithm to find two factors that make a greater impact on the enterprise product portfolio.The two factors are technical factor and quality factor.We obtain the two key enterprise product portfolio management direction and propose to enhance the enterprise product portfolio management capacity on these two main factors.On decision-making in production, we use theory of constraint to identify the company's core constraint resource, and take the core constraint resource as a breakthrough to determine the enterprise product portfolio program.Compared with the original product portfolio program of the enterprise,the portfolio program made by us creates higher profits for the enterprise and it optimizes the original product portfolio and we get the more advantageous product portfolio program.
