Research On Intellectual Capital Of Knowledge Enterprise

In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital as the knowledge of playing a role to creating value in enterprise, theory experts and enterprise managers paid more attention to its value added, management and value realization. Especially in knowledge enterprise, intellectual capital made much contribution to enterprise value growth. You can see the multinational enterprises continue to create miracles in recent years, their core-competitiveness also came from intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is the source of enterprise value added and the security of sustainable competitive advantage.This article firstly introduced knowledge enterprise with its characteristics and classification, and analyzed the impact of the change of knowledge structure on the enterprise value. Secondly, intellectual capital and its related issues were analyzed, including the theoretical basis of intellectual capital, intellectual capital content and related concepts, and focused on the three components of intellectual capital and the relationship of them, so that everyone can have a comprehensive understand about intellectual capital. The third part is the key of this paper, which introduced the relationship between knowledge and intellectual capital briefly, then excavated the methods of obtaining the value from intellectual capital, and took a domestic enterprise as an example to explain how to manage intellectual capital. The last part is the conclusions of the article.
