Empirical Research On Knowledge-based Economy Intellectual Capital Of The Enterprise Management And Performance

Intellectual Capital is the knowledge and technology that can bring profit for the enterprises. Since recently, the world has entered the era of Knowledge-based Economy, and the enterprises have paid more and more attention to Intellectual Capital. Intellectual Capital has not only been the rare resource of developing the enterprises, but also been the spring and the motive force of rising in value for the enterprises. At present, the research on Intellectual Capital has finished the fundamental phases of conception,forming the analysis and its performance for the enterprises, but the researchers haven't gone deep into the managements of Intellectual Capital. The managements of Intellectual Capital are the systematical activities of daily harmonious and restraining for the Intellectual Capital of the enterprises and correlative activities to obtain the goal. It is not good for maximizing the Intellectual Capital in practice since the systematic managements of the enterprises haven't been set up. Therefore, there is academic and practical meaning for the research on the managements of the Intellectual Capital.The influencing relationships between the managements of the Intellectual Capital and the Performance are the main part of this article. The author thinks that the managements of the Intellectual Capital which are consist of five parts-----Identifier Management (IDM),Collocation Management (COM),Value-added Management (VAM),Operation Management (OPM) and Motivating Management (MOM). Obviously, the outer variables have impact on the managements of the Intellectual Capital, but the degree of the impact is still on research. Accordingly, the research of this article is on the model of the relationships, which are among the managements of the Intellectual Capital and Performance.Using positive research methods, and then the author developed measuring tools, carried out a sampling questionnaire research in Shanghai, Peking and Shenzhen, Xiamen, Nanchang, Wuhan with 300 questionnaire issued and 241 valid answers received, and applied statistic software of SPSS12.0 and AMOS7.0 to verify the above model and hypotheses. The research found that:1. The managements of the Intellectual Capital are approved to consist of five parts by the positive research——Identifier Management (IDM),Collocation Management (COM),Value-added Management (VAM),Operation Management (OPM) and Motivating Management (MOM).2. The managements of the Intellectual Capital have prominent impact on the Performance indeed. IDM and MOM have prominent relationships with COM,VAM and OPM, which have prominent relationships with the Performance, but the degrees vary from each group.3. POI,GOD and ECD have comparatively prominent impact on the managements of the Intellectual Capital. And the culture of corporation and communication in enterprises has the most prominent impact on the managements of the Intellectual Capital.Furthermore, this dissertation discussed the impacts of the model, got research conclusions and made suggestions on develop the managements of the Intellectual Capital.The innovation points of this dissertation include that:1. The managements of the Intellectual Capital are approved to consist of five parts by the positive research and relations of five parts are discovered.2. All of he five parts of the Intellectual Capital have different impacts on the Performance. And then this dissertation puts forward to developing the Intellectual Capital.3. This dissertation pays attention to the relationship between the important outer variables of the enterprises and the Intellectual Capital, which is good for the managements of the Intellectual Capital that in different situations.
