Shanghai Aero-sharp Electric Technologies Co., LTD. mainly products are solar energy grid inverter. As a member of the Chinese solar industry, Aero-sharp is in rapid development process, the enterprise to clear their competitive advantage, formulate their own competition strategy, only such ability in the fierce competition in the market win.This paper firstly from Michael Potter on the Value Chain & Competition Strategy, and detailed analysis of the Michael Porter's value chain theory model and competition strategy theory model.Then the author analysis Aero-sharp with its own characteristics, compare with Michael Potter enterprises value chain model, from basic activities and auxiliary activities, describes Aero-sharp enterprise unique value chain. Including product development, components production, the assembly and testing, external logistics, marketing and sales, the post-sale service, the technical development, infrastructure, human resources and purchasing.The author analysis the exclusive of Aero-sharp value chain and concluded that the most import strategic of aero-sharp value chain are product development, production and marketing. Eventually got aero-sharp growing on competitive strategy:low cost and differentiation.About low cost and differentiation, Aero-sharp perform about product differentiation and total cost lead.Finally the author summarizes the practice of Aero-sharp strategy.Hope this paper can to the enterprise competition strategy choices, especially the solar energy industry enterprise development to achieve a certain realistic significance.
