"This is the best era,this is the worst era." It seems that it's not a exaggeration if we use this phrase from Dickens to describe the situation currently facing the information technology service industry.Nowadays,information technology is developing at a high speed,the total amount of data is growing at a rocket-like speed under the leadership of the new Moore Law.Technology and data are leading a new round of industrial revolution and the information technology service industry is deeply involved in this revolution.In the context of the rapidly evolving industry,competition among the enterprises is increasing.As a member of the industry,XA has been deeply involved in the industry for ten years,achieved some results but also encountered many problems.Now the problems which facing managers at company are: How to let company avoid disadvantages,use advantages,balance risks,and seize opportunities? How to enable to let company to achieve sustained performance growth,profitable service profits,and long-term competitive advantage? How to make the company better and sustainable?This paper proposes differentiated competition strategy,co-opetition strategy by using SWOT matrix and competition etc.analyses after deeply researching the company's existing strategic and operational issues,internal and external environments by taking study of the five factors,industry concentration,industry complexity,the value chain and so on of the industry.The whole paper work is based on the classic and innovation theory of competitive strategic management.Formulated strategy is about to implement by making organizational structure upgrade and adjustments of enterprise's finance,marketing,human resources and other functions.The purpose of this paper is to help XA to define their strategic goals,propose solutions,and refine the implementation content so that XA can remove current development confusion,find continuous core competitiveness and develop more benign and long-term.Also hope this work results can bring a little reference to companies similar to XA.XA hopes to make more valuable contributions to the entire industry and society while pursuing business survival and enterprise development.
