This thesis studies on how to effectively motivate insurance salesman, and decribes China's insurance industry which is now playing an important role of national economic development and development prospects, as well as reviewed the agency system insurance marketing and insurance salesman on the positive role of China's insurance industry and the significance. Use A company for example, this thesis analysis the various problems of the insurance agency system of marketing exist in reality, the survival of the status of insurance salesmen, incentive status, its necessity and importance of incentives are discussed in detail. And to effectively motivate and influence a number of factors that point of view, this thesis concludes with insurance salesmen effective incentive measures and recommendations to improve, hoping to strengthen China's insurance companies insurance agents effective incentive, give full play to the ability of insurance salespersons, and to make the salesman play a greater role in the development for reference.This thesis summed up the insurance marketing agency in all aspects of current problems, and shows:insurance salesmen in the development process of China's insurance industry is an important position in the address the insurance agents effective incentive China's insurance industry for development of issues of great importance.
