With the improvement of the openness of the domestic insurance industry,people's insurance awareness is gradually increasing.In order to actively respond to the call of"universal insurance",solve the salesman does not bring the misunderstanding about the insurance of professional,domestic insurance companies not only to introduce professional talents from outside,more important,must strengthen the training of salesman in order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the company.G insurance company S branch is a life insurance company.By the end of 2017,the sales force has exceeded 5,000,occupying the pre-position of the life insurance market in S city.Among the large number of life insurance salesmen,the level of professionalism is uneven.Although the division of the training department is divided into the training department from the human resources department,the training results are still very small.In this paper,the author firstly makes a detailed reference to the human resources and training work of S branch,so as to gain an overall understanding of the training work of the life insurance salesman.Secondly,through one-to-one in-depth interview and group focus interview,I have mastered the attitude of life insurance salesman to the training work situation,and collected relevant rationalization opinions.Then,through the design questionnaire,questionnaire and the information collected by the reasonable inductive and use the SPSS analysis of data,the overall insurance agents to the company received the training work of the opinions and demands.On the basis of the above work,based on the theory of employee training and the actual situation of S branch,the training improvement countermeasures and practical Suggestions were put forward.Through the study of S branch of life insurance salesman training work the following main problems:training needs analysis from the reality of life insurance salesman,but a hard and fast rules of top-down type,In the implementation of the training program,the curriculum setting is not reasonable enough,the training lecturer has not set the rank,which leads to the loose management.In the implementation of the training plan,the training mode is still dominated by the lecturing and cramming classroom teaching methods.The lack of an effective assessment of the training content of trainees is often in the form of an organization.Occasionally,the assessment of the training organization situation cannot be timely reported to the higher authorities;The training results are not properly applied,and there is a wrong idea of "as long as the training will be done" in the ideological concept,and the missing training will be followed after the completion of the training.Through the analysis of the above problems,this paper proposes that S branch should:accurately analyze the training needs of life insurance salesmen with clear training and improvement objectives,ideas and principles.Improve the training programs;Choose a variety of training methods;Carry out effective training evaluation;Focus on the transformation of training results;Improve training management staffs missing work content.In addition,the series of supporting measures,to ensure its life insurance salesman effectively implement the training work,play a proper function,and enhance the overall competitive ability,finally achieved the enterprise development goals.On the research significance,by implementing the above improvements,in order to S branch can improve the effectiveness of its life insurance salesman training,increase the company sales department,training department,the human resources allocation of resources,strengthening the corporate identity of insurance agents,work sense of responsibility,create a good sales atmosphere,a final drive S branch development goals.At the same time,it is expected that the research results of this paper can bring some reference value to other life insurance companies to improve their training work,and promote the mature,healthy and steady development of insurance industry.
