Performance Analysis And Value Evaluation Of Listed Agriculture Corporations In China

Agriculture listed corporations as outstanding representatives of agricultural enterprises, they have close relations with the development of agricultural ecomomy, and have played a good leading role during agricultural development process. However, agriculture listed company do not play well and have many problems, such as less quantity, smal scale, low return on assets, and low profit. This paper firstly summarized current situation about the listed company of agriculture at home and abroad. Using the research status of related theory and methord, it analyzed the basic suitation of listed companies. According to the listed agricultural companies present suitation, the paper proposed the performance analysis method, mainly through the analytic hierarchy process constructs the profitability, operation ability, solvency, valuations ability of index system. And through entropy methord, weight of each index were determined by agricultural class. Eventually got the development level of listed companies, then by scoring value cash flow (DCF) method for the performance of the highest scores evaluated, we get the conclusion. It provides reference for the the development of listed companies in China in the future.
