Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Listed Companies In China

Agriculture-related enterprise is a special group accompanied by the development of agro-industriy growing up. This article will focus on research of performance on agriculture-related enterprise, ultimately select44agriculture-related listed companies as a key object, and the year of2009-2012annual report for the four-year sample, and master the basic conditions of agriculture-related listed companies including industry and regional distribution, asset size, operating conditions of agriculture-related listed companies.Based on the principle of selecting indicators,it selects four indicators development capacity, profitability level, operational level, debt level to evaluate operating performance of agriculture-related listed companies, determines the evaluation methods and evaluation model of operating performance of agriculture-related listed companies, gets the scores and sorting of agriculture-related listed companies on operating performance, compare the contents of four indicators on agriculture-related listed companies, carry on horizontal comparison and longitudinal analysis on operating efficiency. The results show that the top-ranking companies from2009to2012are mainly Zhongkeng Agriculture, Jin Sen Forest Industry, Tianshan Livestock, Yasheng Industry, BaiYang Ocean Fisheries, Wanxiang Denon and Dakang Animal Husbandry. The low-ranking companies from2009to2012are Guonian Fisheries, Huaying Agriculture, Minhe Husbandry, Dunhuang Seed, Korla Pears and Bei Dahuang agriculture, and thus propose countermeasures of enhancing operating performance of agriculture-related listed companies based on the evaluation results.
