The marketplace is like battlefield, the sale team is the head army for business capturing market. However, there are different problems in our sale team for that enterprises lack whole construction and management system. So, Company and sales manager are dissatisfied. The key of company heighten sale accomplishment and health deveolpment is effectively constructing and managing sale team.Die-cut craft is a very special craft, there are multinational companies is this craft, but they lack own products and can not form own brand. Because most of products are just that the raw materials remodeled, the craft threshold is very low, it is very easy for salesman to change employment. At present, the inside company of this craft mostly is medium and small, they must face these problems how to manage important salesman and key customer, how to response to customer's demands effectively and quickly, how to put forward the best plan, how to help salesman to expand accomplishment, and how to keep the excellent salesman.The CTC adhesive products limited company established in January,2010, and is the the special contract distributor and producer of 3M industrial adhesive products.
